개인정보처리방침
1. 수집하는 정보
조사원 ID, 정확한 위치(GPS), 기록 시각, 이동 경로·거리·시간·속도, 이동수단·목적, 방문 장소와 주소를 처리합니다. 위치 권한은 사용자가 허용한 뒤 사용합니다. Google 지도 SDK는 IP 주소, 기기·SDK 정보, 지도 서비스 식별자, 지도 조작 정보 및 오류·진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
2. 이용 목적과 백그라운드 위치
교통조사를 위한 이동·체류 기록, 지도 경로 표시, 좌표의 주소 변환, 기록 수정 및 서버 동기화에 사용합니다. 자동 기록을 허용하면 앱이 화면에 보이지 않거나 사용 중이 아닐 때도 백그라운드에서 위치와 시각을 수집합니다. 앱 내 위치 사용 안내에서 나중에를 선택하면 위치 수집을 시작하지 않습니다.
3. 저장·전송과 서비스 제공자
조사 기록은 휴대폰에 먼저 저장되며 완료된 이동·방문 기록이 조사원 ID와 함께 조사 서버로 전송됩니다. 서버 통신에는 보안 연결(HTTPS)을 사용합니다. Google Maps Platform은 지도 표시와 주소 변환을 제공하며 이 과정에서 위치와 서비스 요청 정보를 처리합니다. Google의 처리에는 국외 처리도 포함될 수 있습니다. 앱은 광고를 표시하지 않습니다. Google 지도 SDK의 서비스 개선·이용 측정·오류 진단에는 Google의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
4. 보관기간
조사 서버에 수집된 위치·이동·방문 기록의 보관기간은 수집일로부터 6개월입니다. 기간이 지난 기록은 파기 대상입니다. 휴대폰에 저장된 기록은 앱을 삭제하면 기기에서 삭제됩니다. 로그아웃만으로 기기나 서버의 기존 조사 기록이 삭제되지는 않습니다. Google에서 처리하는 서비스 정보의 보관은 Google의 정책에 따릅니다.
5. 권한과 이용자 요청
기기 설정에서 위치 권한을 철회하거나 앱에서 로그아웃하여 이후의 자동 위치 수집을 중지할 수 있습니다. 조사 기록의 열람·정정·삭제 또는 동의 철회 요청은 아래 문의 메일로 보내 주세요. 조사원 ID와 요청 내용을 알려 주시면 본인 및 대상 기록을 확인한 후 처리합니다. 비밀번호나 지도 API 키를 보내지 마세요.
조사 기록 삭제 요청: info@rowanzone.co.kr에 제목을 “ITS 조사 기록 삭제 요청”으로 하여 조사원 ID와 삭제할 기간(또는 전체 기록)을 알려 주세요. 본인과 대상 기록을 확인한 뒤 서버의 해당 위치 좌표, 이동·방문 기록, 주소 및 이동수단·목적을 삭제합니다. 삭제 처리한 대상 조사 기록은 서버에 계속 보관하지 않습니다. 휴대폰의 기록까지 삭제하려면 앱을 삭제해 주세요. 새 위치 기록 수집을 중지하려면 먼저 로그아웃하거나 위치 권한을 철회해 주세요.
6. 보안 및 아동
조사 서버는 담당자 인증을 통해 조사 기록에 접근하도록 구성하며, 앱과 서버는 기존 기록의 저장·동기화를 제공합니다. 이 앱의 대상은 성인 교통조사 참여자이며 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

Privacy Policy
1. Information processed
We process the surveyor ID, precise GPS location, timestamps, routes, distance, duration, speed, transport mode, trip purpose, visited places and addresses. Location permission is used after you allow it. The Google Maps SDK may process IP addresses, device and SDK metadata, a Maps service identifier, map interactions, crash reports and diagnostics.
2. Purpose and background location
Information supports travel surveys: automatic trip and stay recording, map routes, address lookup, editing and server synchronization. If you enable automatic recording, the app collects location and timestamps in the background, including while it is closed or not in use. Choosing Later in the in-app disclosure leaves location collection off.
3. Storage, transfer and service providers
Records are saved on the phone first. Completed trips and visits are sent to the survey server with the surveyor ID over a secure HTTPS connection. Google Maps Platform provides maps and reverse geocoding and processes location and service request information for these features. This processing may occur outside your country. The app displays no advertising. Google’s privacy policy covers the Maps SDK’s service improvement, usage measurement and diagnostics.
4. Retention
Location, trip and visit records collected by the survey server have a retention period of six months from collection. Records past that period are due for deletion. Phone records are removed from the device when the app is uninstalled; logging out alone does not delete previous phone or server records. Google’s own retention policies apply to service information it processes.
5. Permissions and your requests
Withdraw location permission in device settings or log out to stop further automatic location collection. To request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent for survey records, contact the email below with your surveyor ID and request. We verify the requester and relevant records before processing. Do not send passwords or Maps API keys.
Request deletion of survey records: Email info@rowanzone.co.kr with the subject “ITS survey record deletion”, your surveyor ID and the date range (or all records). After verification, the corresponding server GPS coordinates, trips, visits, addresses, transport modes and purposes are deleted and are no longer retained as survey records on the server. Uninstall the app to remove phone records. Log out or withdraw location permission first to stop new collection.
6. Security and children
Survey server records are accessed through staff authentication. The app and server provide record storage and synchronization. The app is intended for adult travel survey participants and is not directed at children.

Maxfiylik siyosati
1. Qayta ishlanadigan ma’lumotlar
Tadqiqotchi ID raqami, aniq GPS joylashuvi, vaqt, yo‘l, masofa, davomiylik, tezlik, transport turi, safar maqsadi, tashrif joylari va manzillar qayta ishlanadi. Joylashuv ruxsati siz ruxsat berganingizdan keyin ishlatiladi. Google Maps SDK IP manzil, qurilma va SDK ma’lumotlari, xarita xizmati identifikatori, xarita bilan amallar hamda xato va diagnostika ma’lumotlarini qayta ishlashi mumkin.
2. Maqsad va fondagi joylashuv
Ma’lumotlar transport tadqiqoti, safar va to‘xtashlarni avtomatik qayd etish, xarita yo‘lini ko‘rsatish, manzilni aniqlash, yozuvlarni tahrirlash va server bilan sinxronlash uchun ishlatiladi. Avtomatik qayd yoqilganida, ilova yopiq yoki ishlatilmayotgan paytda ham fonda joylashuv va vaqt yig‘iladi. Ilovadagi bildirishnomada Keyinroq tanlansa, joylashuv yig‘ish boshlanmaydi.
3. Saqlash va uzatish
Yozuvlar avval telefonda saqlanadi. Tugallangan safar va tashriflar tadqiqotchi ID raqami bilan so‘rov serveriga xavfsiz HTTPS ulanishi orqali yuboriladi. Google Maps Platform xarita va manzil xizmatlarini taqdim etib, joylashuv va xizmat so‘rovi ma’lumotlarini qayta ishlaydi. Bu qayta ishlash mamlakatingizdan tashqarida ham amalga oshishi mumkin. Ilovada reklama ko‘rsatilmaydi. Google xizmatlarini yaxshilash, foydalanishni o‘lchash va diagnostika uchun Google maxfiylik siyosati qo‘llanadi.
4. Saqlash muddati
So‘rov serverida yig‘ilgan joylashuv, safar va tashrif yozuvlari yig‘ilgan sanadan boshlab olti oy saqlanadi. Muddati tugagan yozuvlar o‘chirilishi kerak. Ilova o‘chirilganda telefondagi yozuvlar qurilmadan olib tashlanadi; faqat hisobdan chiqish eski telefon yoki server yozuvlarini o‘chirmaydi. Google qayta ishlaydigan xizmat ma’lumotlariga Google saqlash qoidalari qo‘llanadi.
5. Ruxsatlar va so‘rovlar
Qurilma sozlamalarida joylashuv ruxsatini bekor qilish yoki ilovadan chiqish orqali keyingi avtomatik joylashuv yig‘ishni to‘xtatishingiz mumkin. Yozuvlarni ko‘rish, tuzatish, o‘chirish yoki rozilikni bekor qilish so‘rovi uchun quyidagi manzilga tadqiqotchi ID raqamingiz va so‘rovingizni yuboring. So‘rovchi va yozuvlar tekshirilgach, so‘rov ko‘rib chiqiladi. Parol yoki xarita API kalitlarini yubormang.
So‘rov yozuvlarini o‘chirish: info@rowanzone.co.kr manziliga “ITS survey record deletion” mavzusi bilan tadqiqotchi ID raqamingiz va sana oralig‘ini (yoki barcha yozuvlarni) yuboring. Tekshiruvdan keyin serverdagi tegishli GPS koordinatalari, safarlar, tashriflar, manzillar, transport turi va maqsadlar o‘chiriladi va serverda so‘rov yozuvi sifatida saqlanmaydi. Telefondagi yozuvlarni olib tashlash uchun ilovani o‘chiring. Yangi yig‘ishni to‘xtatish uchun avval ilovadan chiqing yoki joylashuv ruxsatini bekor qiling.
6. Xavfsizlik va bolalar
So‘rov serveridagi yozuvlarga mas’ul xodim autentifikatsiyasi orqali kiriladi. Ilova va server yozuvlarni saqlash va sinxronlashni ta’minlaydi. Ilova voyaga yetgan transport tadqiqoti ishtirokchilari uchun mo‘ljallangan; bolalarga yo‘naltirilmagan.
